Terms of Service
The rules for using SOLCAST, creating markets, and accessing Practice ECAP and Devnet features.
1. Service scope
SOLCAST provides prediction-market discovery, Practice ECAP simulation, creator tools, market intelligence, and selected Solana Devnet functionality. Features may change, be suspended, or remain unavailable in some locations.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only where lawful. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected wallet.
3. Market creation
Creators must write objectively resolvable questions, use reliable sources, avoid misleading claims, and comply with the Market & Resolution Policy and prohibited-use rules. SOLCAST may reject, pause, invalidate, or remove markets that cannot be resolved safely or lawfully.
4. Trading and simulation
Practice ECAP is a simulated product. Prices, fills, positions, creator revenue calculations, analytics, and alerts may differ from real-money markets. Devnet activity is test-network activity and does not represent a production financial product.
5. Fees and creator revenue
Where displayed, Practice trades may include a 1% ECAP execution fee and eligible creator revenue tiers. The interface and applicable policy are the authoritative product description for the current version. Self-trading does not generate creator revenue.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not manipulate markets, abuse automation, interfere with service availability, exploit security defects, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, or use non-public information in a way that violates applicable law.
7. No investment advice
SOLCAST information is provided for product, research, and simulation purposes. Nothing on SOLCAST is legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and no outcome or return is guaranteed.
8. Availability and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLCAST is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party network failures, wallet software, external data-source outages, or decisions made using displayed information.
9. Changes and termination
SOLCAST may update these terms, product rules, or access requirements. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.
